Returns Policy – Wigged by DoJa®

At Wigged by DoJa®, we want you to feel confident and happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied, you may return your item under the following conditions:

Conditions for Returns

  • Items must be returned in their original, unworn condition with all packaging intact.

  • For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of wigs that have been worn, altered, or damaged.

  • The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be held liable for lost returns.

  • Please note: We do not offer exchanges. If you require a different style, length, or colour, you will need to place a new order once your refund is processed.

Timeframes

  • UK Customers: You must notify us and return the item within 14 days of receiving your order, in line with statutory consumer rights, to receive a full refund.

  • International Customers: Items must be returned within 21 days of receipt for a full refund.

How to Return

  • We will provide you with full return instructions and the return address.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund to your original payment method.

  • Please allow up to 7 working days after we receive the returned item for your refund to be completed.
