Returns Policy – Wigged by DoJa®
At Wigged by DoJa®, we want you to feel confident and happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied, you may return your item under the following conditions:
Conditions for Returns

Items must be returned in their original, unworn condition with all packaging intact.

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of wigs that have been worn, altered, or damaged.

The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be held liable for lost returns.

Please note: We do not offer exchanges. If you require a different style, length, or colour, you will need to place a new order once your refund is processed.
Timeframes

UK Customers: You must notify us and return the item within 14 days of receiving your order, in line with statutory consumer rights, to receive a full refund.

International Customers: Items must be returned within 21 days of receipt for a full refund.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund to your original payment method.
